While the ambiance of the hotel was lovely, my experience was marred by inadequate service when it came to beach loungers. The beach area can be overcrowded with vendors, which detracts from the relaxation vibe you might expect. the restaurant's outdoor seating was positioned poorly. I've had enough sunburn fighting with umbrellas while trying to enjoy a meal. Breakfast, although varied, turned into a bit of a chaos scene when the restaurant was expanding. Heavy chairs in the dining area made it tough to navigate around, adding unnecessary annoyance.
